Mix together the mayonnaise and
pesto. Lay a piece of plastic wrap out and place a tortilla in
the center. Spread a thin layer of pesto mixture on the
tortilla. Place a slice of ham toward the edge nearest you. Do
not go to the other edge as the ham will "slide" as you roll
later. Next, place a cheese slice on top of the ham. Begin
rolling in a tight roll. End with the open end down on the
plastic wrap.
Secure the wrap around the tortilla and refrigerate. After 30
minutes or longer, remove the wrapping and slice the roll into
pinwheels. Place on a platter and top with a pimento for
color.
