Low Carb French Toast


 
   Low Carb French Toast  

Low Carbohydrate Bread
2 Large Eggs
1/16 tablespoon of Sweet 'N None!™
1 "pinch" of cinnamon powder (to taste)
3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 "pinch" of salt (optional)

In small bowl, break two eggs and whip with a fork. Add in 1/15 tablespoon of Sweet 'N NONE!™ Stevia Extract, 1 "pinch" of cinnamon, and slowly pour in 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream. Mix thoroughly, adding in vanilla and salt to taste.

In a TeflonŽ flying pan, melt real butter on medium heat. Drop a slice of the low carb bread into the mixture and let it soak for about thirty seconds or so per side. Remove and drop in frying pan and fry until light tan, flip it over and fry the other side. Remove and place on plate.
