Butter
1 one ounce square of unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp
Bake*Lite™
Reduced Carb Flour
1/4 heavy cream, 1/4 water ("LC Milk")
dash of salt
2 large eggs, separated
heaping 1/2 tsp
Sweet 'N NONE!™
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Butter bottom and sides of 4 custard cups. Melt 2 tbsp butter
and chocolate over medium heat. Add flour and stir until
smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add "LC
Milk", continue stirring, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
Stir in salt and remove from heat.
Beat yolks and Sweet 'N NONE!™ at medium speed. Stir in
vanilla. Add 1/4 chocolate mixture to yolks and beat at medium
speed. Add remaining chocolate and mix at medium speed.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold 1/4 egg
whites into chocolate mixture. Fold remaining whites into
chocolate. Gently spoon into dessert cups. Bake at 325 for 35
minutes. Serve immediately with Chocolate Cream (click for
